About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support our data sourcing and research initiatives. This role involves identifying, collecting, validating, and organizing data from multiple sources to support sales, marketing, and business development activities.

This is a strong opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data research, lead sourcing, and database management within a B2B environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research and source accurate prospect and company data based on predefined criteria such as industry, job role, company size, and geography.
  • Identify and compile decision-maker contact details using LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other online sources.
  • Validate, clean, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update structured datasets in spreadsheets, CRM systems, or internal tools.
  • Ensure data consistency across multiple sources and identify duplicate or outdated records.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align data requirements with campaign needs.
  • Track sourcing progress and maintain clear documentation of data sources and methodologies.
  • Share weekly updates on data volume, accuracy, challenges, and improvement areas.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large datasets.
  • Comfortable conducting online research using LinkedIn and other professional data sources.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, data validation).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to follow structured processes.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
