Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Engineering Head based in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for some remote work. The Engineering Head will strategize, develop, and oversee engineering projects, manage and lead technical teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products with company goals. Key responsibilities include managing software development efforts, ensuring project timelines are met, identifying innovative solutions to technical challenges, and contributing to the scaling and optimization of technology within the organization. The role will remain unpaid until the company secures funding.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills in Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management
  • Proficiency in Project Management with the ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery
  • Experience and expertise in Software Development and related programming principles
  • Proven ability to strategically oversee large-scale engineering operations and collaborate across various teams
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Previous experience in a startup environment and/or operations related to hardware and software integration is a plus
