Summary
This role will support the strategic and operational execution of medical activities in alignment with the global and regional medical plans, ensuring scientific excellence and compliance. The Medical Advisor will play a key role in engaging with external experts, supporting clinical and real-world evidence generation, and providing medical insights to cross-functional teams.

- Support development and implementation of local/regional medical plans aligned with global medical strategies.
- Provide medical input into brand strategy, lifecycle management, and launch readiness.
- Establish and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and academic institutions.
- Contribute to planning and initiating advisory board meetings or symposia and congress activities.
- Conduct scientific exchange and respond to medical inquiries in a compliant manner.
- Support clinical trials, investigator-sponsored studies (ISTs), and real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives.
- Closely collaborate with Global Medical Service teams and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Develop and deliver medical training to internal or external stakeholders.
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Provide medical expertise to cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, RA, QA and PV.
- Advanced degree in life sciences (Pharmacist, PharmD, PhD preferred) or equivalent medical degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in medical affairs or clinical development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
- Well-trained in compliance and Korean Code of Practice.
