Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that align with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead AI projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply advanced AI technologies to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI models and algorithms.
  • Manage AI solutions lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
  • Develop scalable AI infrastructure and oversee AI system architecture.
  • Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and frameworks.
  • Ensure AI solutions are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI trends and apply best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI engineering or related roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Python, React js, AI Agents, and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
  • Knowledge of AI model deployment and MLOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
