Job Summary

Edify School, Nellore, is looking for a confident and relationship-driven Admissions Counselor to manage inquiries, guide parents through the admission process, and support overall student enrollment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-ins, calls, and online admission inquiries.
  • Conduct campus tours and present school programs to prospective parents.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions through consistent follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate admission records, forms, and data in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth admission processes.
  • Provide timely support and guidance to parents during each stage of enrollment.

Requirements

  • Any Graduation (MBA/PG preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, front-office, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage timelines.
