Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Officer. Responsibilities include driving sales operations, developing channel sales, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and strategizing to optimize market penetration.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in sales planning and meeting targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding market trends
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment and adapt to business needs
