About the Role

Data Systems Associate/Engineer

Experience:

1-2 Years

Location: New Delhi

We are looking for a technically sharp and curious individual to design and manage our
Management Information System (MIS)

—the backbone of decision-making at our architecture design firm. This role is ideal for someone with a
strong engineering and data background

who enjoys problem-solving, automation, and turning messy real-world inputs into clean, insightful dashboards.

You will work directly with leadership and project teams to build
end-to-end automated MIS solutions

across
Projects, People, Clients, Finance

, etc, ensuring that the right data is captured, connected, and visualized in ways that support growth and efficiency.

This is not a 'routine reporting' role—it's a chance to
architect data systems

in a creative industry, applying both
technical skills and design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Build Systems

  • Structure data flows across projects, people, clients, and finance.
  • Build interactive dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
  • Automate data pipelines using Google Apps Script, APIs, or integration tools (Zapier/Make).

Automation & AI Integration

  • Use AI tools to accelerate coding, query building, and workflow automation.
  • Continuously improve systems for accuracy, speed, and reduced manual work.

Data Quality & Management

  • Ensure data integrity with validation checks and consistent standards.
  • Create documentation for processes, structures, and automations.

Insights & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports for leadership with real-time KPIs.
  • Highlight trends in revenue, utilization, profitability, and project health.

Collaboration

  • Work with Finance, HR, and Project teams to understand needs and refine dashboards.
  • Train teams to use MIS tools effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years' experience

in MIS, data analytics, or related engineering/operations roles.
- Strong skills in
Google Sheets/Excel

(advanced formulas, pivot tables, queries).
- Curiosity (and some experience) in
learning quickly with AI tools

and applying them to solve problems.
- Structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
