Fives India Engineering & Projects Pvt Ltd (FI) is a 100% owned wholly subsidiary of Fives Group located in Chennai, India. The company is formed in 2008 to promote business on other areas of Fives businesses like Cement, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Automotive etc. It is formed as an Apex body of Fives Group & with an aim to serve Indian interests.

Fives India has now entered into the Aluminum sector along with Fives Solios / ECL to design and build process equipment all over the world.

We are currently seeking a Head of Projects who has the same desire to prove that

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:

Major Duties

  • Focus on customer & Customer Satisfaction
  • Execute the project.
  • Project planning and Control
  • Cash flow Management.
  • Contractual, Commercial and Statutory Requirement management
  • Project Reporting 
  • Risk & Contract & Claim management.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Data Confidentiality.

Job Description

Applicant should have direct & required experience in the following ares - Primary:

  • In depth knowledge of Technical and Commercial
  • Project execution.
  • Resource forecasting for the site
  • Close Monitoring of Financial budget & Project Schedules
  • Excellent communication skill with all internal & external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with all functional departments, Site contractors for smooth execution of the project.
  • Monitor the Project schedule and forecast delays if any (both financial / Physical progress).
  • Review /Monitor Project Schedules (L2 and L3 in case of site) and Cost & time variance against the approved/base plan/budget.
  • Site & contractor Management for the site execution.
  • Completing & Closure of the Project

Applicant should have direct & required experience in the following area - Secondary:

  • Ensure delivery of international Quality product.
  • Ensure proper information sharing within the group and keep confidential data.
  • Development of new strategy & methods and systems for cost optimization.
  • Forecast & ensure execution within Man Hour Budget
