About the role:

As a Python Developer Intern at

, you will gain hands-on experience building scalable backend systems that power our AI voice automation platform. You will work closely with backend engineers, data scientists, and product teams to develop real-world features, APIs, and services. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn modern backend development practices and contribute directly to high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, data science, and infrastructure engineers
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to best practices
  • Participate in debugging, testing (unit and integration), and deployment activities
  • Help implement asynchronous workflows and real-time data processing
  • Support integration with databases, external APIs, and third-party services
  • Learn and apply security best practices for backend services (authentication, authorization, data validation)
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Python libraries, frameworks, and development trends.

Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong foundation in Python programming, core language features, and object-oriented design
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming concepts
  • Basic experience or academic exposure to web frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FastAPI features including Pydantic models, middleware, and background tasks
  • Exposure to real-time systems or asynchronous communication (WebSockets, Django Channels)
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Contributions to open source projects or active involvement in Python/AI communities.

Hiring Process / Rounds

Round 1 – Application Screening

Submit the Google Form with your details, resume, and required information.

Round 2 – Technical Assignment (Proctored Test)

Shortlisted candidates will complete a monitored assignment to evaluate Python fundamentals, backend understanding, and problem-solving.

Round 3 – Technical + HR Discussion

A technical deep-dive on your assignment and thought process, followed by a short HR round. Exceptional interns may be offered a full-time role.
