Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and control project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, resource planning, progress tracking, and coordination with project teams to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera (P6) or MS Project.
  • Prepare baseline schedules, manpower planning, and material requirement plans.
  • Monitor project progress, update schedules, and identify delays/risks.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Track project resources — manpower, machinery, materials — and ensure proper allocation.
  • Perform cost control, productivity analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in preparing project planning documents: cash flow, S-curve, and timelines.
  • Participate in project meetings and present schedule status.
  • Ensure that the project is running as per the planned timelines and standards.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of project management and planning tools
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project
  • Good understanding of construction processes (Civil/MEP/Electrical)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Time management and multitasking ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
