Food Safety SupervisorJob Description- Create and implement Internal Quality Standards in accordance with FSSAI guidelines
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all areas of food safety
- Create checklists for food operation compliance
- Document FSMS plans, SOPs, checklists, and compliance checks on vendor FSSAI licenses
- Provide training and implementation on food safety procedures
- Monitor and report on daily work, weekly snapshots, monthly presentations, and quarterly reviews
- Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
