Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Data Engineer-Snowflake, based in Bengaluru with opportunities for remote work. The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures. Key responsibilities include implementing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, data modeling, managing data warehousing solutions with Snowflake, and enabling advanced data analytics practices. The goal is to support data-driven decision-making across the organization while ensuring an efficient and effective data infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Engineering concepts with experience in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling and Data Warehousing techniques with expertise in Snowflake or similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, data transformation, and integration
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics practices, tools, and approaches to support data-driven decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated data services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degrees are a bonus
