Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced
Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager
with 15+ years in IT and ERP delivery, including extensive expertise in
Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, and Projects modules)
. The candidate will be responsible for
end-to-end project management
, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Oracle, SI partners, and internal IT teams.
• Oversee project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at executive and steering committee levels.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across Finance, SCM, HCM, and Procurement modules.
• Drive adoption of Agile/Waterfall methodologies as per program needs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOX, and audit requirements during ERP program execution.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide thought leadership and best practices for Oracle ERP Cloud transformation programs.
• Guide testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure smooth business adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, with minimum 7–8 years in Oracle ERP Cloud delivery.
• Strong domain knowledge in ERP business processes (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, Projects).
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar Oracle ERP Cloud projects across global enterprises.
• Hands-on experience in program governance, risk management, and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of integration scenarios (third-party applications, legacy systems, multi-cloud).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Primavera).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to CXO-level leadership.
• Familiarity with Oracle quarterly updates, release readiness, and change management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage global, cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Oracle ERP Cloud certification(s).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications.
