Duties and Responsibilities of a Digital Marketer

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute online campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Align digital strategies with business goals to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage social media marketing
  • Create engaging content for social media channels.
  • Schedule posts, monitor performance, and respond to audience interactions.
  • Grow followers and engagement through creative campaigns.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Optimize website content for higher search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and improve website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Manage ad budgets and analyze performance metrics for ROI.
  • Content Marketing
  • Develop blog posts, videos, infographics, and other content to attract target audiences.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Email Marketing
  • Design and send newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Build and segment mailing lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Website Management
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
