Senior Associate – Full-Stack Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate,Full-Stack Engineer to join our Corporate Engineering team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Lead the design and implementation of full stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or related Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, , Python).
  • Experience with databases (SQL).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to AI tools and solutions.
