Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students.
  • Assist students with academic planning and career guidance.
  • Develop and implement programs to address students' social, emotional, and academic needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for student support.
  • Organize workshops and seminars on relevant student issues.
  • Respond to student crises and provide immediate support.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in educational counseling or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adolescent development and psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Empathetic, patient, and able to build rapport with students.
