JCB Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced JCB Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating JCB (excavator/backhoe) machinery to assist in various construction and site development projects. The operator must ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment while following company and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate JCB equipment including backhoe loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery as required.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and loading tasks as per project requirements.
• Conduct daily inspection and routine maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Follow site plans, blueprints, and technical drawings provided by engineers or supervisors.
• Work in coordination with other site workers and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure safety of self and others on the job site by adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a JCB Operator or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Valid license/certification to operate heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and instructions.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather and site conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Multi-machine operating ability (e.g., bulldozers, cranes, etc.)
• Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting.

Work Conditions:

• Outdoor construction site environment.
• May require overtime, weekends, or shift work depending on project demands.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,400.00 per day
