Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, etc.).

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Maintain salary charts, process payroll, and ensure timely employee salary payments.

Ensure compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Coordinate and complete annual audits.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management for cost control and revenue enhancement.

Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and implement effective accounting processes.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other statutory returns.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
