Walk-In Drive: Delivery Manager (IT Product-Based Company)

  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
  • Budget: Up to 5 LPA
  • Preferred: Male Candidates with IT Product-Based Experience

We are hiring for the position of Delivery Manager, responsible for ensuring timely, effective, and efficient project delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate must have strong technical understanding, excellent team-handling capabilities, and hands-on experience in an IT product-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 8–10 members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee the entire project delivery lifecycle and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure projects are delivered with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure seamless workflow within the team.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper planning, execution, and delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role.
  • Strong technical understanding with experience in IT product-based companies.
  • Only male candidates preferred for this position.

Interview Process:

  • Aptitude Test (Mandatory) – Candidates must score at least 7/10 to qualify
  • Technical Round – Only shortlisted candidates from the test will proceed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
