About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Sciative. As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the success of our AI-based SaaS products, ensuring they meet and exceed our clients' needs and expectations. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the product development process and making a direct impact on Sciative's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Strategy and Success:

2. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.

3. Define key success metrics and regularly evaluate product performance.

4. Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.

5. Customer Feedback and Engagement:

6. Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.

7. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

8. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and needs.

9. Product Roadmap and Planning:

10. Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's goals.

11. Prioritize features, enhancements, and updates based on business objectives.

12. Drive the development process from conception to release.

13. Customer Journey and User Interface (UI) Design:

14. Map the customer journey to enhance user experience.

15. Collaborate with UI designers and wireframe artists to create intuitive interfaces.

16. Ensure the UI design aligns with the product's objectives and the user's needs.

17. Product Use and Success Cases:

18. Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify trends and opportunities.

19. Showcase product success cases to demonstrate value to clients.

20. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote success stories.

21. Timeline Management:

22. Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of product features.

23. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project schedules.

24. Mitigate risks and obstacles to maintain project deadlines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly in SaaS and AI products.

• A deep understanding of the retail, travel, and hospitality industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous experience in top-tier product management roles.
