Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with 5-20 years of experience to join our team in Pan India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX Development and be able to work on end-to-end full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Operations/Dynamics AX 2012 solutions.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead team and manage operations for successful project delivery.
- Design and implement technical solutions using Dynamics AX X++ and related technologies/tools.
- Develop high-quality X++ code that meets defined quality standards and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to customers.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to discuss business process designs and application requirements.
- Assist in designing AX configuration and customization to meet business needs.
- Engage in discussions with functional consultants and ensure project deadlines are met, taking ownership for given deadlines.
- Be flexible with time and capable of working in a process-oriented environment.
- Exposure to TFS Online / VSO is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Good coordination skills with cross-group/cross-team are essential.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall Delivery Models, along with a good understanding of Scrum & ITIL principles, is expected.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Development.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Operations integration and development.
- Experience in report development using SSRS.
- Knowledge of SSAS and SSIS is preferred.
- Ability to prepare Technical Design Documents, Solution Architecture, Deployment, Operations guides, and Readiness Plans.
- Post-live Technical training and support experience is desirable.
- Microsoft Dynamics AX Development Certification is desirable.
- Educational Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech / M.C.A / Msc-CS/Equivalent.
