We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Salesforce Developer Trainer to join our team to train and mentor aspiring developers on Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on Salesforce development experience and a strong ability to teach complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and structured manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, etc.).
  • Conduct live training sessions (online/offline) and create supporting content including labs, exercises, assessments, and documentation.
  • Guide students through real-world Salesforce development projects and scenarios.
  • Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to learners to help them progress in their learning journey.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and certification paths to keep the training content relevant.
  • Evaluate the progress of learners through tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
  • Collaborate with curriculum designers, other trainers, and Salesforce experts to improve the overall learning experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (minimum 3+ years).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, App Builder).
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience with training platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS systems.
  • Exposure to agile development practices.
  • Experience with real-world Salesforce implementations in various industries.
  • Familiarity with other technologies like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or third-party APIs is a plus.
