Role Overview:

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Operations Sourcing Specialist to lead the discovery, evaluation, and onboarding of manufacturing and gifting partners across India and the UAE. You'll identify, negotiate, and scale B2C production and fulfilment capacity through outsourced partners that can serve our new markets with high quality and fast turnaround times. You'll use AI-powered sourcing tools and automation strategies to build a next-generation partner network, and you'll be incentivised by the volume of orders fulfilled through the suppliers you source.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard regional manufacturers, print houses, and product suppliers across India and the UAE.
• Evaluate partners on pricing, product quality, turnaround time, and scalability potential.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing structures, lead times, and SLAs that support scalable eCommerce fulfilment.
• Use AI-driven tools (e.g., supplier matching, demand forecasting, contract management) to optimise partner selection and performance.
• Create partner sourcing frameworks and maintain a comprehensive partner performance database.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sourcing capabilities with product innovation needs.
• Monitor production metrics, order flow, quality control, and escalations with regional partners.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years in sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing partnerships in B2C eCommerce, printing, or gifting sectors.
• Strong negotiation and vendor contract management skills.
• Experience sourcing in India and/or the Middle East (GCC region experience a plus).
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for supplier discovery, sourcing automation, or quality analytics.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to operate independently across multiple time zones.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), you'll be working with international teams and partners daily.
• Genuine interest in relocating to Dubai within 6-12 months of joining, subject to performance and business needs.
• Valid passport with no restrictions on international travel.
• Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate across India, UAE, and UK/Europe time zones.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup for remote work.
