Job Summary:

The Electrical Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing electrical work at the project site, ensuring installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. The role requires coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other site staff to deliver quality work within timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute electrical installation work at the site as per project requirements.

Review and interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Monitor and ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other teams to avoid conflicts and delays.

Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and tools effectively.

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, panels, earthing, fire alarm, etc.).

Identify site issues and provide technical solutions in coordination with the design team.

Ensure proper documentation of site activities, material consumption, and approvals.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors for work verification and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

2–6 years of experience in electrical site executio.

Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, installation practices.

Familiarity with HT/LT systems, panels, cabling, earthing, and lighting works.

Good communication and leadership skills for managing site teams.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools preferred.
