About the Role

We are hiring React Native Developers (TypeScript) to craft cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) that deliver seamless, high-performance user experiences. The role includes deep integration with APIs, advanced state management, real-time updates, and IoT/mobile feature integration. You will work on resident-facing apps and guard-facing apps, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build cross-platform apps using React Native + TypeScript with clean architecture.
  • Implement state management using Redux Toolkit + React Query for offline-first architecture.
  • Develop secure authentication flows, deep linking, and push notification systems.
  • Integrate with real-time APIs (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, Firebase).
  • Optimize performance for 60fps animations, memory management, and battery usage.
  • Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect UI using NativeBase, Tailwind RN, or custom components.
  • Implement OTA updates, CI/CD for mobile (EAS, Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
  • Integrate with native modules (Kotlin/Swift bridges) when necessary.
  • Ensure testing coverage (Unit + E2E).

Required Skills

  • React Native + TypeScript – Professional expertise required.
  • State Management – Redux Toolkit, React Query (mandatory).
  • Navigation – React Navigation v6, deep linking.
  • Real-time Data – Firebase, WebSockets, GraphQL subscriptions.
  • Strong DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) – must solve complex coding challenges.
  • Experience with push notifications, background tasks, and offline-first apps.
  • Proven hands-on experience with 2+ production mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps (OTA, fastlane, app signing).
  • Git proficiency and collaboration in agile sprint cycles.
