Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing technical projects.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and product).
- Help define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress and identify potential risks or blockers.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates.
- Support senior TPMs in managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn program management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
