Oracle Fusion Middleware Technical ConsultantLocation: Bangalore / hybridExperience: 8 Years(Candidates with minimum 8 years of experience will be considered)Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle technologies and middleware services. The role demands a strong ability to design, implement, and support middleware integrations while optimizing business processes. Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Middleware ExpertiseDemonstrate expert-level knowledge in:Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture Suite (SOA).

Oracle Service Bus (OSB). Oracle PaaS Visual Builder (VBCS). Oracle Business Process Management Suite (BPM, ACM, BAM).

SOA Cloud Services (SOA CS). Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Service-Oriented Architecture & IntegrationsImplement and manage service-oriented architecture initiatives.

Design, develop, and maintain Fusion integrations using web services (REST and SOAP). Develop and integrate web services with backend systems and databases. Technical Development & DebuggingHands-on expertise in Java/JEE for web applications architecture, development, debugging, and tuning.

Independently build and execute SQL Connect Queries. Debug Oracle BI Reports, OTBI reports, and handle data anomalies. Solution Design and DeploymentCreate functional and technical documentation for middleware implementations.

Configure middleware systems to meet client requirements while ensuring optimal performance and security. Collaboration & InfluenceEngage in technical discussions and provide insightful input to influence design decisions. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical implementation team.

Provide end-user training and post-implementation support. Process Management & LeadershipLead middleware integration projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business needs. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to support continuous integration and deployment processes.

Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Expertise:Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware stack (SOA, OSB, VBCS, BPM, SOA CS). Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS services and OCI environments. Strong understanding of Fusion application integrations using REST services.

Development & Debugging:Expertise in Java/JEE and debugging large-scale web applications. Skilled in building, executing, and debugging SQL queries. Proficiency in debugging Oracle BI and OTBI reports.

Communication & Influence:Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence technical decisions and facilitate discussions across technical teams. Mindset and Initiative:Self-starter with high initiative, capable of leading projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred QualificationsOracle Certification in relevant middleware technologies. Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with Oracle ERP ecosystemEducational RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
