Job Overview

Narayana Infra is seeking a Junior Videographer for a full-time role based in Hyderabad. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience, passionate about capturing the essence of real estate projects through dynamic visual storytelling and creative content.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in videography, with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling in real estate or related fields.
  • Cinematography (Mandatory skill): Ability to craft visually compelling narratives that elevate the brand's properties and investment opportunities.
  • Proficient in DSLR camera operation, ensuring high-quality video capture in diverse conditions with technical expertise.
  • Skilled in drone videography, capturing aerial perspectives of sites to highlight layout potential and surrounding infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in gimbal operation, achieving smooth, professional footage during dynamic shoots and property walkthroughs.
  • Expertise in lighting setup for both indoor and outdoor environments, optimizing scenes for clarity and impact.
  • Strong background in on-location shooting, adapting to environmental factors and ensuring efficient content creation schedules.
  • Effective at location scouting, identifying optimal angles and backgrounds to showcase properties and distinguish brand identity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of camera operation, including focus, exposure, and stabilization for consistent results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos of real estate projects, emphasizing layout advantages and investment benefits.
  • Utilize cinematography and advanced camera techniques to create visually stunning brand and property content for digital platforms.
  • Operate DSLR cameras, drones, and gimbals during on-site shoots for capturing dynamic aerial and ground-level footage.
  • Scout various project sites to identify the best locations and visual opportunities that enhance project storytelling.
  • Coordinate lighting setup for diverse settings to ensure optimal video quality under varied lighting conditions.
  • Edit footage and collaborate with the marketing team to align final outputs with brand messaging and promotional goals.
  • Manage setup and breakdown of equipment at shooting locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and seamless workflow.
  • Stay updated on emerging videography trends and recommend creative approaches for engaging marketing campaigns.
