**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 financial modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, property manager, ECC, GRC.

  • Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system functionality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial processes and transactions within Oracle EBS R12.

  • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation, raise SR With Oracle of system enhancements and upgrades or Patches.

  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the EBS financial modules.

  • Work closely with technical teams to support system integrations and data migrations and provide the required documents.

  • Stay updated with Oracle EBS R12 best practices and new functionalities related to financial management.

  • Proactive approach to improve the business process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 financial functional support.

  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with Oracle EBS reporting tools and data analysis is a plus.

  • Oracle certification in Financials is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 financial modules.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with property management methodologies is a plus.
