At Atos, we're expanding our Healthcare & Life Sciences team and looking for experienced professionals (8–12 years) to drive the future of bioinformatics, genomics, and clinical data transformation.

Role Description:

Degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Molecular Biology (or related)

Hands-on expertise in NGS pipelines, variant calling, RNA-seq, GWAS

Strong programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)

Proficiency with WDL / Nextflow workflow tools

Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, cloud technologies

Experience working with genomic & clinical data applications

Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams

Designation: Consultant / Senior Consultant (multiple positions)

Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Pune | Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate – 60 days
