Details:

  1. Ensuring timely and correct allocations in system
  2. Bench Management - Tracking and Minimization
  3. Bench Forecasting and Redeployment
  4. Utilization tracking and improvement
  5. Ensuring demand quality and timely closure (reviewing each SO)
  6. Internal and External Fulfilment with WFM Core team's and Recruitment team's help
  7. Ensuring skills and profiles are updated timely
  8. Leveraging Train and Deploy Model
  9. Drive Productive use of Bench
  10. Unit level MIS reporting on bench, overheads, utilization and Reviews with Unit Head 11.Resource Management
  11. Basic Project Management and Order to Cash Lifecycle
  12. Good understanding of Recruitment Lifecycle and Talent Pools
  13. Tools/Packages:
  14. Worksheets/Reporting Tools like MS Excel - Pivots/VLOOKUPs/Macros/Graphs
  15. ERP packages like PeopleSoft (HR or Financial Module) (good to have)
  16. ATS tools like Hirecraft/Tallint/Taleo (good to have)
  17. Awareness of Cloud / Infrastructure Management Services (good to have) 19.Self Managed and Disciplined to close tasks timely
  18. Ownership and drive to take actions to closure with business
