Job Opening: Receptionist (Male/Female) – Yelagiri Resort

We are currently looking for a Receptionist (Male/Female) to join our team at our resort located in Yelagiri.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and manage bookings through hotel booking software.
• Respond to phone calls and new enquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain guest records, files, and other front-office documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge or background in Hotel Management or Tourism Management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel booking systems.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
