Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Support Engineer to join our IT and Engineering operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting cloud infrastructure, automating operational processes, and ensuring high availability and performance of development and production environments. You will play a critical role in enabling efficient collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to builds, deployments, and infrastructure and provide timely resolution.
  • Support containerization platforms and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Manage and support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure automated testing, deployments, and release processes run smoothly.
  • Perform root cause analysis for incidents and suggest long-term fixes.
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or CloudWatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Working knowledge of container technologies (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including provisioning, scaling, and monitoring services
