Position Summary

2. Operations & Project Management Oversight

• Oversee design, project execution, procurement, sales, and site operations.
• Ensure all interior design and construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
• Implement process improvements, SOPs, and project monitoring systems.
• Coordinate with project managers and department heads for smooth workflow.

3. Client Relationship & Business Development

• Build strong relationships with developers, architects, corporates, contractors, and key clients.
• Handle high-value negotiations, proposals, and contract closures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage escalation issues.

4. Financial & Risk Management

• Monitor P&L, project costing, margins, and cash flow.
• Approve major purchases, vendor contracts, and project budgets.
• Identify operational risks and implement risk-mitigation measures.

5. Leadership, People & Culture

• Lead, mentor, and guide department heads and senior managers.
• Drive high-performance culture across design, sales, and execution teams.
