  • Lead the full cycle of D365 Finance and Operations (FSCM) projects from gathering business needs to testing and go-live.
  • Manage and support all finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all D365 Finance matters between the finance team, IT team, and external partners.
  • Meet with business users to understand their current processes and design improved workflows in D365.
  • Create clear documentation such as design specs, configuration guides, and test scripts for finance processes.
  • Work with technical teams to plan and manage data migration, system integrations, and custom solutions.
  • Design and maintain integrations between D365 F&O and other business systems.
  • Prepare and deliver customer demos, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and support presales activities including estimations.
  • Create and deliver user training materials and provide post go-live support.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay updated on new D365 features and suggest process improvements or system upgrades.
  • Use Azure DevOps to track tasks, manage configurations, and coordinate with developers.
  • Manage global implementations involving multiple legal entities, currencies, and local compliance.
  • Configure Electronic Reporting (ER) and other finance-related functions.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and build strong professional relationships

10+ year experience in D 365 AX/FSCM/F&O

  • Knowledge
    • 10+ years of total experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Supply Chain (FSCM / F&O).
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on D365 Finance (FSCM) experience mandatory.
  • At least 7 full end-to-end D365 FSCM implementations mandatory.
    • Minimum 3 years of team and project leadership experience mandatory.
  • Experience with presales demos, estimations, and proposal support.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP).
  • Proven expertise across finance areas: General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank,Project Management & Accounting, Expense Management
  • Taxation, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Intercompany
    • Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration.
  • Good understanding of D365 workflows, security roles, and system administration.
    • Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, and project accounting.
  • Experience managing post-implementation support, change requests, and system governance.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory standards.
