Job Title: Business Development Executive – Talent Solutions (Remote)

Location: Remote (India) Company: TheCophil Experience: 1–4 years in business development / client acquisition (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or IT services)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking
  • Pitch TheCophil's recruitment solutions to decision‑makers (Founders, HR Heads, Hiring Managers)
  • Manage the entire client acquisition cycle — from first contact to onboarding
  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored hiring solutions
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, track metrics, and report progress

Must‑Have Skills

  • Proven experience in business development / sales (preferably in recruitment or IT services)
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong LinkedIn networking and lead‑generation skills
  • Ability to understand and pitch process‑driven solutions
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely

Good to Have

  • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition trends
