  1. Skills and Capabilities
  2. Technical Skills:
  3. Experience of Electronics Manufacturing processes like SMT, Manual Insertion, Product Assembly, In circuit testing & Conformal coating.
  4. Knowledge of defects occurring during manufacturing processes.
  5. Hands-on experience with instruments handling like multimeter, LCR meter, DFT meter etc.
  6. Knowledge of different types of printed circuit boards like HASL, ENIG, OSP, etc.
  7. Knowledge of reflow and Wave soldering and profiling.
  8. Knowledge of performing inspection on Automatic optical inspection (AOI)
  9. Knowledge of UL, CE, RoHS and other compliances.
  10. Experience following quality standards and inspection requirements to IPC 610
  11. Knowledge of various Standards like QMS, EMS, OHSMS & 5S systems.
  12. Knowledge of Quality tools like SPC & 7QC.

  13. Hands-on experience on MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and related report making tool.

Identify clearly the most significant responsibilities of the job which have a clear end result for the achievement of which you will be held accountable.

  1. To do work as per process sheet & WI as applicable for defined area
  2. To plan workload as per priority & targeted deadlines
  3. Perform First piece inspection and Line Quality
  4. To initiate Corrective actions
  5. Initiate & implements Kaizens, actions.
  6. To validate the process & product
  7. To perform the process audits
  8. Responsible for proto activity and prepare the reports.
  9. Monitor & initiate actions on customer complaints.
  10. Maintain & enhance system, maintain records, backup.
  11. Maintain the 5s
  12. Interact with another department personal for co-ordination.
  13. To generate & release MIS
  14. To accept or reject PCBA Sub-assemblies.
  15. To hold /Stop the material / product / process /line if non-conformance observed.
  16. Timely reporting to Manager
