Position - Inside Sales executive
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the sales funnel
- Co-ordinate with Sales team and Channel Partners
- Helping the sales team/stake holders improve productivity through regular communication with customers and analyzing reports
- To engage in initial call with the prospect before passing the conversation to the respective stakeholders.
Handle Inbound/Outbound calls on sales leads and pitch to convert interested prospects into customers.
- Assure Quality of Sales
- Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Answering sales calls and providing necessary information
- Ability to handle customer queries successfully
- Ability to review and recommend changes to sales processes
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate should possess good MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, and presentation)
- Bachelor's degree
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
Managing customer, channel and influencer databases.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience : 6 months to 5 years
Work timings : Mon to Sat , 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Location : Gurgaon , Paschim Vihar
Language: Good English , Hindi communication
