About the Role:

We are looking for a female Education Counsellor with a strong sales orientation to join our team at MAAC Almora. This role is 100% sales-focused, where you will be responsible for converting leads into admissions and achieving targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and guide students regarding career-oriented courses.
  • Handle student walk-ins, phone enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling.
  • Maintain records of enquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve admission targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling/sales/education industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
  • Result-oriented with a positive attitude.
