Hybrid Full-Stack

We are looking for a Hybrid Full-Stack & Enterprise Application Developer who can bridge web and enterprise systems. This role combines PHP/WordPress expertise with modern front-end skills (React/Angular) and enterprise back-end development (C#/Java). The ideal candidate thrives in full-stack environments and is comfortable switching between web platforms, application logic, and cloud deployment. Only top candidates with proven expertise and strong English fluency will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and WordPress
• Build interactive and responsive UIs with React or Angular
• Develop secure, scalable back-end services using C#/.NET and/or Java
• Integrate APIs, microservices, and third-party systems across web and enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with business analysts, PMs, and QA to refine requirements and deliver features
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability across applications
• Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous integration practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3–6 years of full-stack development experience, covering both web and enterprise platforms
• Strong proficiency in PHP (WordPress)
• Experience with React or Angular for front-end development
• Proficiency in C#/.NET or Java for back-end enterprise systems
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern design patterns
• Experience with cloud deployment (Azure, AWS) is a plus
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• High English fluency (written and spoken) required to collaborate with U.S. teams

Work Hours:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday, mid-shift India hours (approx. 2PM – 10PM IST / 4:30AM – 12:30PM EST)
• Occasional weekend or off-hours availability may be required for releases or production support, coordinated with U.S. on-call coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹130,000.00 per month

• Not comfortable working either mid-shift of late-shift hours
