 THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Test
Engineer with strong expertise in Mobile and internet banking applications. The role involves
designing, developing, and executing test strategies for Digital banking ensuring high-quality delivery The candidate
should have hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and
automation testing. Knowledge of performance and security testing techniques
will be an added advantage.

 OPPORTUNITIES
  • Participate in end-of-end testing of Digital modules.
  • Design and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing, including support for SIT and UAT phases.
  • Contribute to test automation efforts using tools like Selenium, Tosca, and test complete.
  • Collaborate with development, product owners , and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Assist in test data creation, environment setup, and defect reporting/tracking using tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or HP ALM.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries for backend validation on Oracle/SQL databases.
  • Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and documentation practices.
  • Prepare testing status reports and participate in defect triage meetings.
  • Work closely with senior testers to gain domain and technical expertise in Temenos and banking applications.
 SKILLS
  •  2–6 years of overall QA/testing experience
    in the banking or financial services domain.
  • Hands-on testing experience with digital
    banking applications
  • Exposure to Automation Testing using tools
    like Selenium, Tosca, or relevant frameworks.
  •  Good understanding of banking workflows,
    including payments flows
  • Working knowledge of test management tools
    such as JIRA, Zephyr, or HP ALM.
  • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL
    queries for test validations.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to
    detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good verbal and written communication
    skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional
    team.
