Desired Candidate Profile

· Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

-
Bachelors | Master's in any discipline

·
Experience Required:

-
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry (Residential project experience mandatory)

Software Proficiency:

ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for reporting, presentations, and documentation.

ü Proficiency in Auto CAD

Key Responsibilities:

-   Ensure on-site execution strictly adheres to approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, and defined quality standards.

-   Maintain work quality in alignment with Quality SOPs, ISO codes, and directions provided by the Quality Engineer.

-   Promptly report challenges and site issues to Project Managers or senior team members to minimize cost and time impact.

-   Oversee vendors' daily performance, conduct review meetings, communicate monthly targets, and address delays or issues effectively.

-   Cross-verify material quantity requirements received from consultants to avoid overestimation or wastage.

-   Raise accurate and timely material indents based on project schedules to ensure smooth workflow and zero delays.

-   Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors to ensure timely material delivery in accordance with defined lead times.

-   Review and verify vendor-submitted work measurement sheets, and approve them within the stipulated TAT based on actual work and quality (as per HOD permissions).

-   Enforce HSE standards on-site, ensure cleanliness, and guide vendors' site supervisors to maintain safety norms.

-   Prepare and maintain DPRs/DLRs, monitor project schedules, generate wastage and quality reconciliation reports for internal use and management review.
