About the Role

We are looking for experienced Cash Posting professionals who have hands-on experience in ERA, EOB, and Lockbox processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, accuracy in posting payments, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

1 to 2 years of experience in Cash Posting (ERA/EOB/Lockbox).

Strong understanding of payment processing workflows.

Good communication and comprehension skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with US healthcare RCM processes is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC, including

2,500 variable pay

Transport Allowance: Additional 3,000 for male candidates

Night shift allowance as per company norms (if applicable)

Work Environment

Night shift role only for Hyderabad

Cab facility for female employess

II - AR Caller - Job description

Responsibility Areas:

  • Should handle US Healthcare Physicians/ Hospital's Accounts Receivable.
  • To work closely with the team leader.
  • Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
  • Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims.
  • Calling the insurance carrier & Document the actions taken in claims billing summary notes.
  • To review emails for any updates
  • Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor
  • Update Production logs
  • Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge in Healthcare concept.
  • Should have 12 months to 48 months of AR calling Experience.
  • Excellent Knowledge on Denial management.
  • Should be proficient in calling the insurance companies.
  • Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
  • Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
  • Ensure accurate and timely follow up on pending claims wherein required.
  • Prepare and Maintain status reports
  • Long career Gap candidates will not consider
