Job Summary

The RPA Delivery Lead will be responsible both for implementation of projects and delivery of service for RPA and analytics-based process-improvement solutions. The RPA Delivery Lead will ensure that appropriate support and delivery processes are in place to enable the delivery of high-quality service to end-users that meets business needs while complying with the relevant security and risk criteria. This entails identifying opportunities for solutions, defining and shaping project approach, analysis and requirements and driving insights and recommendations, for delivery of solution which includes:

Essential Job Functions:

• Overseeing the design and implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath, or Microsoft Power Platform of RPA.

• Collaborate and lead a team of Developers, RPA Supports, and Testers

• Working with project teams and SMEs to analyze existing business processes assessing feasibility and redesign for an RPA supported solution

• Play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business.

• Ongoing support of the RPA Solutions and quality service management

• Building relationships, working closely with client stakeholders to identify future opportunities for process improvement, mitigating risks and automation solutions

• Collaborating with IT organization to ensure external stakeholders updated on automation strategy

• Establishment of DevOps Services

  • Responsible for the development of the ongoing DevOps service model for the RPA products.

  • Accountability for designing and transitioning high performing service support functions to ensure that RPA solutions are performant and deliver in line with expected service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: IT infrastructure, RPA, network technologies, application authentication/authorization, and virtual server/desktop environment

• Minimum of 3 years of technical hands-on experience with management/leadership in previous roles, preferably in RPA; these are not Business Process roles

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with hands-on work experience with an RPA tool, preferably UiPath

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certification in industry leading Artificial Intelligence Products

• Certification in Technical Architecture design

• Certification in industry leading Robotics Process Automation Products

Technical Skills:

• 2-3 years' experience working with RPA with 3+ years of programming experience (.NET, Java etc.) is required.

• 3+ years' experience in a leading role within technical work streams or small Tech / RPA / data analytics solutions delivery teams

• Candidates must have experience of analysis and design of business processes

• Experience presenting solutions to senior management

• Prior experience with RPA development with one of the market leading RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath)

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (Mathematical/ Statistical)

• Highly PC literate with strong skills in MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

• Knowledge and experience in RPA and Data Analytics essential
