As a Salesforce CPQ Developer, you will join one of our agile CRM teams to design, build, and enhance CPQ
(Configure, Price, Quote) solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for developing and
customizing CPQ functionality to support our global commercial teams in delivering accurate quotes, pricing, and
contracting efficiently. You will follow development and design guidelines established by the CRM Architect and
ensure scalable, reliable, and business-aligned solutions.
This role requires hands-on Salesforce CPQ development experience and will involve configuration, customization,
and integration of Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CPQ

• Experience in end-to-end CPQ implementation projects (product setup, pricing rules, discount schedules,
quote templates, approval processes, contract lifecycle)

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, renewals,
amendments, contracts)

• Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components

• Knowledge of CPQ-specific data models and dependency management

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder,
Approval Processes, Lightning App Builder)

• Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP/Finance systems (SAP preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/Metadata, Bulk APIs)

• Solid understanding of agile methodology, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Data loader, SOQL, XML, JavaScript, jQuery

• Understanding of Salesforce product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Revenue Cloud)

• Knowledge of 3rd-party integration tools (MuleSoft, XPLENTY, Heroku, Postgres DB)

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions using enterprise/microservice design patterns

PREFERRED CREDENTIALS

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

• Salesforce Administrator Certification

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Hybrid work schedule – Tuesday to Thursday working from the office
