Job Title: Merchandiser Knit Garments

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Merchandiser for Knit Garments with 2

3 years of hands-on experience in garment merchandising. The candidate will be responsible

for managing the complete order lifecycle from development to delivery, coordinating with

buyers, production, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing from sampling to shipment for knitwear

• Communicate with buyers and buying offices regarding product development,

approvals, and order status.

• Coordinate with design, sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure timely

approvals and production.

• Prepare and maintain T&A (Time & Action) calendars to monitor order execution.

• Source and follow up with vendors for fabric, trims, accessories, and

printing/embroidery processes.

• Manage documentation including costing sheets, tech packs, and production files.

• Monitor production status, conduct pre-production meetings, and follow up on

production schedules.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.

• 2- 3 years of experience in knit garment merchandising garment merchandising with exports experience

• Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written.
