PLC Programmer

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens automation systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning automation solutions using Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative industrial projects and contribute to process optimization in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and program Siemens PLCs (S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500)
Configure and develop Siemens HMIs (WinCC, WinCC Comfort/Advanced)
Develop and maintain SCADA systems (Siemens WinCC SCADA)
Perform system testing, debugging, and on-site commissioning
Prepare project documentation including I/O lists, logic flow, and user manuals
Integrate various field devices with Siemens PLCs using Profibus, Profinet, and Modbus
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues
Collaborate with design, electrical, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Siemens automation platforms
Strong knowledge of TIA Portal, Step 7, and Structured Text (ST)/Function Block (FB) programming
Familiarity with VFDs, sensors, actuators, and industrial control panels
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel occasionally for commissioning and support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
