It will report directly to the Global CIO, who will be responsible for transforming procurement into a value-driving function that supports the company's business objectives across all spend categories worldwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals
Establish standardized procurement processes, policies, and governance frameworks across all markets
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and complex negotiations with key suppliers across all spend categories
Oversee vendor relationship management, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement programs
Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality standards and service levels
Collaborate with executive leadership to align procurement strategies with business objectives

Contingent Workforce: Temporary staff, managed services, staff augmentationQualifications15 years of progressive experience in procurement leadership, with at least 5 years in senior management roles
Proven experience establishing procurement functions or leading major transformations
Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management across diverse spend categories
Experience implementing procurement technologies and digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of the IT services industry and technology procurement
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience working in a global, matrix organization
