Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Quality Control function across operational and compliance teams.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QC policy framework, SOPs, and monitoring plans.
  • Supervise daily QC checks on policy issuance, claims processing, reporting accuracy, and regulatory logs.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and prepare MIS reports for senior management.
  • Identify process gaps and drive corrective or preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Department to align QC controls with FCA / GFSC / FSA Seychelles expectations.
  • Ensure version control and documentation integrity across product, claims, and broker correspondence.
  • Train and mentor the QC team to maintain a culture of accuracy and accountability.
  • Prepare quarterly quality dashboards and present findings to the Board or Executive Committee.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Business, Risk, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in quality control / compliance / audit within financial services or insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of control testing, audit planning, and process automation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and QA tools.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
