. We're looking for a talented
Backend Developer
to join our growing in-house tech team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and databases for client and internal projects.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to deliver fully functional digital products.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and CRM systems.
  • Manage database design, server configuration, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    as a Backend Developer in an agency or IT company.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python (Django/Flask)
    or

    .
  • Solid understanding of
    RESTful APIs
    ,
    MySQL/PostgreSQL
    , and
    MongoDB
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Git
    ,
    cloud hosting (AWS/DigitalOcean)

    server management

  • Familiar with security protocols and backend performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
